June 2025 José completes Filmmaking & Documentary courses at UEMC & LENS, Madrid

It is always amazing to see what photography students, like José G. Velásquez, start to achieve once they learn how to shoot in manual mode and utilize artificial sources of light. It's fascinating to observe how a photographer evolves and begins to develop their unique style. While theories and technical skills can be taught in filmmaking courses, creativity and motivation come from within each individual. 

What type of photography will José lean towards? Will it be fashion and fitness model photography, sport, portrait, street, still life, architecture, landscape, or perhaps documentary? And what kind of filmmaking will he explore? No one knows yet; however, considering the broad areas of interest in his visual arts studies, it's anyone's guess. Can you tell by looking at these images?

Now seems to be the beginning of a very exciting chapter in José g. Velásquez's life. A period of growth, creativity, and transformation as he embraces his journey as a fashion and fitness model. We recognize the potential in José, especially as he explores filmmaking courses to enhance his skills in photography and videography within his visual arts studies, and we wish him every success!
