KUNDALINI FACILITATOR

Kundalini is an ancient mystical practice from India. It refers to "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine". It is associated with Yoga & Tantra. It can also be compared to the energy manifested in Reiki (Japan). 

A Kundalini facilitator guides you in meditation to awaken that inner force. In the process, energy is channeled through the 7 Chakras.  

With the facilitator's guidance in channeling this energy, expect to feel any of a range of cathartic emotions. The ultimate goal & outcome of a Kundalini session is to achieve relief, peace & happiness. 

Group sessions are regularly held at Yoga studios in Madrid & other cities in Spain. José announces those group sessions on Instagram. If you would prefer a  private session, this can be arranged with José via Instagram DM, or via email message here. 

It is strongly recommended that you fast for 3 hours prior to a Kundalini session. It is also very important that you abstain from alcohol consumption or any other substance with mind altering effects.   

You have the option to give consent for photography & video recording during the sessions. Without your consent, please be assured that your image will not be captured. We take this matter very seriously, as there are very strict privacy laws in Spain. All the individuals you see here have permitted us to use their images. We are grateful to them for having allowed us to document these very personal and vulnerable moments.
